   Blue Hawaii are a Canadian electronic music duo from Montreal, Quebec, composed of Braids member Raphaelle "Ra" Standell-Preston and Alex "Agor" Kerby (also known as Alexander Cowan). They have released an EP, Blooming Summer () and three studio albums, Untogether (), Tenderness () and Open Reduction Internal Fixation () all on Arbutus Records.

   Untogether is a perfect example of when an album has potential to be marvelous but ends of simply being great. Blue Hawaii are yet another Canadian mixed-gender synth pop duo, and they follow the likes of Purity Ring and Memoryhouse who also pair up .
